Disposition versions
2. The Associate Deputy Minister of Emploi-Québec and an assistant deputy minister are authorized to sign, for their sector of activity,
(1) supply contracts;
(2) contracts for services, except contracts pertaining to advertising and workforce development activities;
(3) contracts entered into with the Société québécoise des infrastructures to lease space; and
(4) agreements entered into with any person, association, partnership or body under paragraph 4 of section 5 of the Act respecting the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale and the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (chapter M-15.001).

(4) agreements entered into with any person, association, partnership or body under paragraph 4 of section 5 of the Act respecting the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale and the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (chapter M-15.001).
